Yes it is, but the scratches show up as white. Tiny amounts of grey primer are actually pretty invisible in comparison.
I'll find the right colour eventually and go over them, but it's surprisingly unnoticeable back in situ.

The grey boxes are the same shade...

If the contrast between twist and primer is small enough, in a small area, the brain just fills in the difference

They also asked me for an email and mobile, I just provided email (as per PayPal) and it went through.
Mine is on the way today, allegedly on "Royal Mail Tracked 24™" service, but no details yet other than received by RM.
Ooooh, need to pay! Tomorrow morning....

Edit: Tracked 24 = received Thursday morning, currently sitting in Hemel Hempstead, scheduled for delivery Saturday. That's why RM are in such trouble.

I'm finding that Royal Mail Tracked 48 is taking upwards of a week to get here, whereas it used to take about 3-4 days. I tend to allow an extra day or so living in NI.

Not relevant to the items being talked about here, but for larger items in a hurry, I'd go with Parcel Force, as I've had deliveries in less than 24 hours from GB, having ordered mid-afternoon.

The wonders of the Royal Mail management and IT. I booked a collection (currently free) for sending it.
My switch was taken yesterday by the postman and checked in at the local delivery office and is en route to Marcel - late but at least in transit.

Just now, 2:30pm another postman turned up to collect it! He had the correct ID on his device, so there's obviously a serious lack of integration in their IT systems!

Very true.
In this photo, close up, you can see some of the larger touched up patches, plus one small whiter chip I missed.
In reality, from the drivers seat, you don't notice anything amiss.
Much more distressing is the mangled alcantara, due to an agressive valeter before my ownership:

I realise that, along with maybe just David (David's8) I'm in a minority of NOT having (and not liking! ) a black interior, but it looks like the black coating is particularly thick. My beige/sand one is just a fairly normal matte paint so doesn't suffer in the same way, though does easily scratch.

David and I have both been experimenting with ways of improving it, I've posted a little bit of information here. David has tried something else and I've also tried the Woollies leather conditioning colouring. It works reasonably well, though isn't a perfect match - slightly lighter and somewhat more reflective.
If anyone else is in the beige fraternity just shout out here and we'll advise; we're still experimenting.
Two, actually totally different, touch-up processes are illustrated here, oddly they are equally effective. Neither is really visible to the human eye in the driving seat.
