Default Those beloved fault codes again; 17972,17966,17521

Good evening

Just back from a 1000 mile trip, and even though the car felt mostly ok, I felt it lacked some power now and then

No lights in the dash but the fault codes when running VCDS below.

3 Faults Found:
17972 - Throttle Actuator (J338)
P1564 - 35-10 - Under-Voltage during Basic Setting - Intermittent
17966 - Throttle Actuator (G186)
P1558 - 35-10 - Electrical Malfunction - Intermittent
17521 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor; B1 S1
P1113 - 35-10 - Internal Resistance too High - Intermittent
Readiness: 0000 0000

Just to mention that my MAF is only a few months old (OEM PART)

17972 : I have done Throttle adaptation without any luck. I did look at my TB readings and find them a bit odd.
TV Sensor 1 16% (should be between 0-10 it says)
TV Sensor 1 at WOT is "only" 85%
Is my TB about to go on a permanent vacation?

17966 Same as the above? (found nothing on the forum for this code)

17521: Broken O2 pre-cat sensor? UK Driver or passenger side?
Any way to read meas.block to see if one is failing?

All tips apprecaiated

B1S1 is UK driver side. Somewhere in the technical dump for the D2s, there are tests you can perform. If you also use the Search facility for O2 sensors, you'll find lots of other information as well relating to them.

From my dodgy idle thread:

Might be worth a scan of the wiring diagrams to see if the TB and B1S1 O2 sensor share any wiring. Bad ground maybe?

Now we are down to 2 fault codes. 17966 has misteriously dissapeared..

2 Faults Found:
17972 - Throttle Actuator (J338)
P1564 - 35-10 - Under-Voltage during Basic Setting - Intermittent

17521 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor; B1 S1
P1113 - 35-10 - Internal Resistance too High - Intermittent

Snipped a few shots from VCDS.

Lambda values seems fine to me?

Is my voltage to low?

How often/when do you clear the fault codes and how soon/when do they reappear?

The lambda error is for the heating element, so it takes a minute or 2 longer for it to heat up and start working. I would not worry about it at all.

Hi.

Flaps are working as the should.

Nor sure how quickly the codes return. Was unable to get them to return by idling/reving it in the driveway last night.

On another trip this weekend with the family. so i'm gonna check tonight when we arrive at our destination if the codes are back

I do see that the rear bumper og trunk is "covered" in soot..(not from oil)
Never ever seen this before.
