Default Syncing temperatures
Is it possible to sync the drivers and passenger temperatures on a D2 S8; i.e. adjusting the driver side adjusts the passenger one at the same time?

Its there on the d3 but i dont think the d2 had sync mode.

You could try pressing and holding the "Auto" button on the HVAC for 5 seconds or so as that works on many Audis to synch both sides
I'll try it on mine in the morning . . .

I've tried that but no luck. I suspect it was a D3 onwards feature. First world problems eh?

I could sync on my D3 but I cannot see anyway of doing it on the D2.

I am not sure how I am going to cope, do you think Bob Geldof will do a record for D2 owners and our suffering due to no seat heat syncing?

As long as Chris Martin doesn't make an appearance I'd be happy if Geldof turned his attention from famines & Ebola and addressed the far more serious issue of fractionally mis-matched temps and the struggle to keep them even.

Something I've been trying to find out myself. I use to do it on the '01 A4 I had, but the same trick doesn't work with the D2.
