For Sale - Audi S8 D3. VGC, Good Spec
Yes, its that time already.
Bought off Roberto on 10th Sept last year, its time for something new. Again. So first, some car porn: So, first off, the standard S8 spec items that you can enjoy on any D3 S8: Adaptive & Dynamic Cornering Xenon headlights with LED DRL, Interior and Exterior light pack, Aluminium look door mirrors, Quad exhaust, Automatic Boot Lid Alcantara Package (roof lining, parcel shelf, upper, a/b/c/d pillars) Carbon Atlas wood inlays, Brushed alluminum metal inlays Extended leather upholstery 2 - (Center console, door cards, lower dash) Folding door mirrors with auto dimming Front passenger airbag deactivation, GSM Phone Prep Heat and UV insulation glass One touch memory including advanced key (fingerprint sensor) Soft close doors, Sport suspension, Tyre Pressure Monitor Valcona Leather Front seat memory driver and passenger, Auto wipers, Auto lights Voice Control, Sat Nav, Bluetooth Handsfree, Heated windscreen washer jets And additional options on this particular car: Bang And Olufsen sound system Reverse Camera Home link (garage door/gate opener) Glass sunroof with shade Digital TV Heated Rear Seats Electric Rear blind Through load facility Quad zone climate control The other stuff: 3 former owners, Roberto, 1 other + demo (not verified, but believable) Mileage - A whisker under 119000, I got it at 113000. 6000 motorway miles Mot until October 14th 2014 Tax until end July 2014 No smoking / pets / kids. Ever. As far as I can see. Very clean inside All handbooks, original service book + 2 keys Full audi history upto 25/07/12 @ 97974 miles Oil change by Roberto 19/08/13 @ 113529 miles Since I've had it: New numberplates MOT & Tax A/C regas AMI fitted, MMI firmware updated Nav disc updated Exhaust flexis replaced Spark plugs renewed pollen/air/engine filters renewed Oil flush and change x 2 Gearbox oil change New boot carpet to replace broken handle New B&O center speaker Replaced n/s/r handbrake caliper TV in motion enabled Facelift rear light clusters Known issues: Front doors softclose inoperable (common D3 fault) Rear electic blind sometimes sticks A handful of very minor age/mileage related marks as you'd expect Some worn suspension bushes (The only MOT advisory) (Another common a8 fault) Otherwise, as Roberto quite rightly said last year, it is an incredibly honest, straight and genuine example of an S8 in a most desirable colour combo with a most desirable spec. I still maintain that the 4.2 Tdi is probably the most sensible best all rounder engine to buy. The heart driven petrol head however who is willing to let his senses explore the addictive, and powerful growl of the V10 would almost certainly be choosing this for his fill of fun.  Whilst I almost conceed that the W12 SWB is probably about as fast as this is, there is no doubt that this is more agile through both its higher rev range, and through the twisting corners adding up to it being probably the most fun A8 I've ever had the joy of driving.......  My Q7 is here, sat on my drive, so the S8 is available immediately. I'm in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. 5 mins from Harrogate train station. £13495 takes it away. Any less and I'll really, quite thoroughly, enjoy keeping it

Polestar performance "optimisation". (A much rarer model than a D2 S8 by the way!) Oh, and a brand new engine at just under 30,000 miles on the factory one!  Finally: gone, but not forgotten..... 1998 D2 PF S8. AgateGrey/Platinum. Every option (I think) except electric rear seats, tiptronic steering wheel, ski hatch, towbar & dimming door mirrors. e.g. Cruise control, NavPlus/TV, Bose, GSM, Xenons, Solar roof, Parking sensors, Alcantara/leather everywhere of course.  (internal dimming mirror added later)1998 (very early) Ford Focus 1.8 Zetec; ABS/TCS, Heated screen/mirrors, Aircon, Auto-dim mirror, Leather, Trip computer, Cruise control, OEM Ford SatNav with CD changer.
