Turns out it was the lower hinge partially seized on the driver's rear door

Removed the hinge with the door closed so that it stayed put

Replacement hinge from Prestige in place and now the door opens and closes nicely

The rear door triangles are utterly ruined. I can't just leave this while the door is apart

Luckily I have a pair which have been powdercoated, flatted, and polished

I always mark the bolts when taking a window frame out so that I can at least start by putting it back in the same place it came out. Almost always this doesn't work and the frame still has to be moved about to close properly. I was quite surprised when this door went back exactly as it came apart

Back together just waiting on the door card
