Let us know what happens when you get the jumper plugs inserted. That might allow the MMI and radio to work properly, assuming that one of the other modules is causing a problem. Once you get the MMI sorted, you should be able to change the date/time.

Connected the jumper and found it is the amplifier which is faulty
Managed to change date and time as you say
Any one repair the amplifier 4E0910223C
Will have a look inside incase it's a dry joint as it has switched on a few times and worked while driving

Hopefully it's just a dry solder joint.

I can only find one company online that repair Bose amps, but only from year '06 onwards. You could always email them to confirm, just in the off chance that they could do it: https://boserepairexperts.co.uk/

What's the error code you're getting for the steering?

Two things.
1. The amplifier has component protection, so that needs removed before it will operate properly. I believe the symptoms you mentioned is what happens with CP active. This is of course assuming that when you say you 'changed' the amplifier, you put in another one.

2. When clearing the error codes, did you clear them one by one; i.e. going into each module and clearing them; or did you just select the 'clear all DTCs'? As good as VCDS is, one of it's downfalls is that the 'clear all DTCs' doesn't always do what it is supposed to. Using this latest scan, can you go into each module that has error codes and try and clear them, and note down which modules don't clear. Then just list the module numbers that still have errors. e.g. 01,46 etc (01 & 04 will definitely not clear). One final point. Is the TPMS warning light on in the instrument cluster?

No tpms error on the cluster
I did reset errors individually
A few will not clear will get a look again

Had an issue with mmi in my old d3 and thought was water related. In th3 end it just needed a reboot….. units behind the glovebox, unplugged the cables and plugged em back in and all worked. May be worth a shot….

Could not get radio or anything going
Then it would just come on and go off
Got sick of trying
And it stayed on for a few days
Then went off again
Eventually found out it was 30 amp fuse in the boot was arcing till it was black and no connection
New fuse and connections cleaned works every time
Next job is getting electric steering wheel adjustment to work and why the power steering is heavy but not massively heavy that you can't drive it
