Default Annual Meet 7-9 June 2024 Hotel Details

Here’s an early Christmas present for you all!

The 2024 A8/S8 Annual Meet will take place on 7-9 June in Royal Leamington Spa.

It’s central, not too expensive and the rooms have numbers, not names (an in-joke, no offence intended!)

The venue will be The Jephson Hotel: https://www.jephsonhotel.co.uk/ (sorry, hyperlinks don't seem to be working)
which has a large car park to the rear (with an outside tap!) and there is a choice of room types and rates available, with 15 rooms being held for us until 31 March 2024.

We have a special ‘whole weekend rate’ to include dinner, B&B for two nights, with a no-penalty cancellation deal (up to 72 hours before the event) in case circumstances change after you have booked.

The whole weekend rates are as follows:

Single room: £216
Small double: £313
Standard double: £333
Twin room: £333
King double: £373

There are ground floor rooms available and all rooms have a walk-in shower (not a shower over a bath).

Simply phone the hotel and mention ‘Audi Car Club Meet’. Credit card details are required, but this will not be charged if your circumstances change and you can’t make it, as long as you give the hotel at least 72 hours’ notice.

For those who may want to book a different package, individual arrangements can be made on line here: https://www.bestwestern.co.uk/room-s...-western-84342
but please let the hotel know that you have booked direct so that they can add you to the list for dinner if required. Alternatively, the hotel is just 10 minutes walk from the town centre so there should be a good supply of B&Bs for those on a tighter budget.

A ‘hotel booking page’ will follow very soon, so please let us know when you’ve booked.

Great job Jim & Nick

Did you pick Leamington so I might at least able to limp the Audi to a meeting finally?

Excellent, well done for finding the venue and arranging the package.
(And only 90 minutes drive from home )

And before that a lot of Rover 800s, a few oddities, a lovely Triumph Dolomite 1850HL with Overdrive and way back in my schooldays an Austin Seven aka Mini 850!

Silly question, but is that Dinner, B&B rate just Saturday dinner or Friday as well?
