Looks like the problem is solved anyway, but remember a group of us are travelling on from the Annual Meet to Ireland, if anything needs bringing over.

Thanks for the consideration Andrew, but at 1200mm x 600mm, it would take up a good bit of space.

In the end, the supplier cancelled the order as TNT wanted a further £28 to post it, with no guarantee it would arrive in one piece. No issue, as I've now ordered it locally.

The Nassboard you mean? I thought it was the foam rubber sheet you were having trouble finding (which is usually supplied rolled up).

But yeah, the Nassboard would easily fit on the back seat or behind the front seats and, more importantly, transporting it won't affect performance much either because it's super lightweight too

The piece of Nassboard I have left over is probably 800x600ish so it's even smaller/lighter. I'd forgotten we've got a bunch of potential contraband mules travelling over to Ireland (good point HP!). Probably a bit late now but you're still welcome to have my offcut if someone's willing to smuggle it over for you. Either way, I'm happy to bring it with me if anyone wants it.

Do you need any of the foam tape? I've got a big roll of that -- I can cut a metre or two off for you if you like.

Cheers Mark for the offer, but I've already ordered all the stuff.

Superb job! Its on my list of to do when i get 5 min projects.
Only downside is that my template is mush and came out of the car in handfulls, not one piece.
Ive got the foam backing in one piece which should give me enough of a template to work with.

Mark

Would you consider selling me the bits to do this and posting them (at my expense of course)?

Thanks, Jim

Jim, you're more than welcome to have the bits. I don't want anything for them.

I don't have any of the foam sheet though, only a the Nassboard and a roll of the foam tape, of which I can cut you a couple of metres or so off.

The remaining Nassboard is 600mm wide and just a little over 800mm long, so enough to make a couple of covers. It may cost nearly as much to post that as it does to buy a sheet though (£8.49, inc delivery) so I'm wondering if maybe there's someone from your neck of the woods going to the meet this weekend who would be willing to take it back for you? I could cut it in half so that it's not so unwieldy. The piece I used was less than 400mm high so cut down the middle, each half should still be more than large enough to make a cover.

Yes, Brian is going to to the meet - I'll ask him if he'll bring it back for me.
