Here's what the pipework looks like. Chances are that if the pipework is still intact, then the leak could be occurring at #12, the o-ring (N90303801). The only other spot might be at the connection from pipe #1 to pipe #5, but I don't know if the diagram is accurate, with the joint being in the centre. Since it's tucked up inside the bumper cover, water could be running to the passenger side. Time to fill the tank, use the headlight washers, and get under the front of the car.
