I don't see how you can make out that the Mazda is totally at fault. He is emerging slowly from a junction, so is being cautious. Watch the video and pause/start it with the spacebar and as I said before, the Lambo doesn't even attempt to brake. Even as he disappears behind the Nissan, his brakelights still aren't on.
I agree that stopping distance is going to be further due to him being airborne, but he was driving without due care and attention. I don't know the area in question, so can't comment on whether the Lambo was speeding or not.
