It's doubtful that they moderate every post on the forum, so posting this in the 'House and Home DIY' section is rather obscure, when it appears to be in relation to the site itself.
If you're located in the UK, why not contact them by phone. It's shown in the banner at the top of every page, and would be a lot quicker than waiting for one of them to stumble across your post, especially if you consider it important. There is also an email address in the same banner, if you're not in the UK.
