Annual meet 2017 food orders

I have been asked by the hotel if we could pre-order food for Saturday night. I have attached a menu, could you please indicate on the post below (using copy/paste in the same way as the accomodation/attendance threads) what each member of your party would like.

Please complete by Monday 29th May
