Default No audio from media system

Got in the car this morning and there's no audio at all from the radio, USB (MP3) or phone Bluetooth. The SatNav and telephone audio comes through fine.
Does the media system come through a different route? What do I need to look for?

I'd scan the relevant module to see what error codes are there, if any. I'm assuming that the SatNav and telephone sound comes from an independent speaker which maybe don't go through the amplifier, and if that's the case, it may be the amplifier itself. Also worth checking the relevant fuses. From what I can find, there appears to be three fuses related to the amplifier. They are located in the fuse panel in the boot, along the seat back on the right. The three fuses are F1-F3, right most column.

You could also try rebooting the MMI to see if that helps. The following video shows how to do it:

Thanks very much I'll try that.
The SatNav and Phone come out of the system speakers as far as I'm aware.

I'm still D2 era, where the SatNav has its own speaker, and I don't have a phone connection.

I got in the car tonight and it's all working. Typical!! But I'm happy.
I did the MMI reset, as the TONE button is on the opposite side to the video I don't have the correct fingers at the end of my arm lol but I managed it. It looks fine for the moment....
