The Michelin's were by far the worst for wear
The Yokohama, Bridgestone and Michelin quickly became noisy (booming on some surfaces)
The Pirelli's have been by quite a margin the best of the bunch. They are on the car now and what I'll buy again if I still own the car when they need replacing.

BTW Not had the back end breaking away. The biggest issue is understeer, which is something Audi design into their cars to keep us awake (too much mass out in front of the front axle). How the hell do you loose the back end? I only managed that on a beach, with the traction control off and the gearbox in sport mode
There is only one way to get out from my street (one way) and its onto a busy high street. With people not being very keen on letting anyone in, most of the time its a pedal to the metal from standstill 90deg turn.
Also it happens on the roundabouts sometimes.
Kind of lost confidence in Pirellis, but I have to say wear is very good, so maybe it is a good trade off ?!?!?
