Audi Stafford have messed up my car

I really can't fault them. Everyone errs from time to time. It's the way these things are resolved that matters, and credit to them for the way they have done this.

It's nice to hear a good Dealer story. As you said, everyone screws up now and then but it's how they resolve it that separates the good from the bad
