Apologies MJ, I did not word that very well.
I meant "articulated". It is several separate rigid pieces that clip together after the supports etc. are stripped off. For colour are you aware that you can electroplate the finished model? There are kits available with a small brush, something to plug into the mains and different solutions for different finishes. First you have to spray the object with a metallic undercoat (nickel), connect the electric thingy then paint the solution where you want the coating.
