Trouble is there is not as much work at the moment, as usual January and February are very quiet in the holiday field. On top of which my son and his family are moving out. It took me 14 years to get some cash out of them to help with running costs and the loss of that albeit smallish amount exacerbates the situation. British Gas have capitulated and dropped their electricity hike by a big bite, even lowered the gas charge while at it. Phoning the buggers worked. OK. I am hanging on and if work picks up again, I’ll ride on for a few more months.
