£20 all in for a pair- just needed a good polish up. Replaced my right hand one as the lens was cracked outwards from the keyhole.
Left one was letting in water so seal from the donor lamp sorted that. Another job off the list

The second thing I bought for the A8 back in June 2013. Both outer lenses were cracked as the previous owner got a little too close to something more substantial than plastic. Price then was £38 for the two.
