This was also posted on one of the Facebook Audi groups, and I'm sure I responded to it either with the part number, or asking for more details of the engine.
EDIT: I did respond to it, but it wasn't on Facebook. It was here in the following thread, and I replied on the 23rd May with the part number and also the phone number for A8parts. I knew I had seen that photo before. https://forum.a8parts.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17241
