How do I remove rear bumper on D3?

How is it done? (Before I hamfistedly wreck the thing) I see there's a worm gear thing etc.

If you go to the D3 common faults section there's a sticky called tech dump and all the D3 PDFs are on there. Open up the exterior body repairs one and full instructions from Audi are in that document.
