Yep. That's a DPF burn off or regeneration. Normally does it when you've been going over 2000 rpm for more than a few minutes. Nothing to worry about. If it hasn't finished then it will just do it again until it finishes I think. You can force it to finish by selecting a low gear like 3rd on a good clear road such as a motorway and keep it at 3000 rpm for a while. Something like that anyway...
