Jim, just to say (in public) thanks for the mats, finally fitted them today.
 They are much thicker than the normal mats, feel really plush, but don't connect to the fixings quite right which is odd. I suspect that might actually be aftermarket (but top quality material) and the fixings (on both) are misaligned due to a bad template. If you try to connect the fixings they both end up about 10-15mm towards the rear of the car, otherwise they are the correct shape. I've had the fixings off on other mats to repair/replace them so I might try to elongate the holes and move these slightly. As the mats need to move forwards that should still give a good grip. Colour match isn't perfect, as I knew it wouldn't be, but they're great for everyday use.

Every option (I think) except electric rear seats, Tiptronic steering wheel, ski hatch, towbar & dimming door mirrors. e.g. Cruise control, NavPlus/TV, Bose, GSM, Xenons, Solar roof, Parking sensors, Alcantara/leather everywhere of course.  (internal dimming mirror added later)1998 (very early) Ford Focus 1.8 Zetec; ABS/TCS, Heated screen/mirrors, Aircon. Added Auto-dim mirror, Leather seats, Trip computer, Cruise control, OEM Ford SatNav with CD changer. And before that a lot of Rover 800s, a few oddities, a lovely Triumph Dolomite 1850HL with Overdrive and way back in my schooldays an Austin Seven aka Mini 850!
