C'mon guys, this meet is quite simply AWESOME, get yourselves there, even if you don't want to drive all the way.
Not interested in sharing, but more like driving myself. What's the form with the hotel? Do I just contact the hotel direct?

For those interested I've calculated estimated costs:

Mileage 1442
Avg MPG 20
Cost/litre £1.30
Cost/gallon £5.90
Gallons Req'd 72.1
Fuel cost £425.53

Hotel - UK 60
Hotel - DE 300 Including food/drink
Ferry 80

Total £865.53

These are estimated costs and may be more/less depending on individual circumstances

Reffro, I cancelled my room with Chris not long ago so lets hope he hasn't called the hotel and cancelled it yet, ask him if you can have my room if so.
Also, to make myself feel better about having a BMW. I just worked out it would only cost me under £120 vs Tony's £425.53 in fuel to get there and back if I were going. (No one spoil this for me and say anything negative, trying to make myself feel better)

The cost of the trip to me is not an issue. i dont have much money but from remembering the trip from last year there is no way i am going to miss this one. i remember coming home last year from the meet and still havin the biggest smile i have ever had even a week later. we did just what these cars were made for, we drove in comfort and safety at over twice our legal speed limit, we cruised around the beautifull countryside in a convoy that was over a mile and a half long of audi a8's and s8's and people were getting out of there cars to watch us drive by. all the people we met were so friendly and the place we stayed was just amazing.
Anybody that misses this years german meet will probably never get the chance to enjoy themselfs like we will. its just a fantastic weekend allround. so come on everybody get your passports ready, get your tank filled with v-power and let us show you how much of an amazing car we have
