At first listen I thought it was from Last of the Mohicans but I think others are right, actually sounds more communist.

I am imagining everyone is now on YouTube listening to stirring Russian music or watching clips of Enemy at the Gates!

I had no idea Russia was so musical before today. I think I've listened to every anthemic/epic/powerful Russian track on YouTube now. Still can't find it!





Well I'm disappointed. I was certain one of you highly cultured lot would know it immediately.

I'm sure it's a very famous piece that has been used in at least one classic blockbuster movie.








It's really bugging me now so I'm going to set a challenge/competition ...

I'm the same to be honest Brian. I don't own any classical or operatic music .... unless you can count Queen's Night at the Opera album

Pretty sure that's not it unfortunately, though it does sound a bit like a faster version of it like you say.

It think it's a famous track with a well-known name. I think I may even know the name when I see it ... just can't friggin' remember it now!

I got that far, let you have it, then found a dead end.
I wanted the Remembrance Sunday Parade programme from 2017 and got "Not Available"
BBC are bloodie useless . . . Lots of promise but never fullfilled.
