Pellesin, don't mean to hijack your thread but it looks like we have the same issue I suspect.
Right, I have been getting all sorts of conflicting information about the Lucas crank sensors. To be on the safe side I've ordered a Bosch one with part number 0261 210 245 which I hope does the trick. Is replacement an easy DIY job? My friend and I hope to attempt it this week. The camshaft sensor's were very straight forward to replace and took about 45 mins tops
