I may be asking a dumb question here, since I've never crossed channel with car before, but why do we choose ferry and not the euro-tunnel train? I thought trains are much faster than ships. Is it because ship feels more like vacation?
Could someone please explain this to me?
It also gives you 90-120 minutes break from driving and chance to grab a bite to eat and stretch your legs, and you can have a smoke on the outside deck. beats flying
