Revo should have their own insurance... fully comp. If they are suggesting for one minute that it is Nick's problem, and should claim on his own insurance, they are sadly wrong!
They should go through the normal claims process, and repair Nick's car. Their insurers will sort out liability with the Vectra driver. It's a disgrace, quite frankly; Nick should have had this sorted PDQ. The car was in their care, with one of their employees - regardless of who was to blame. The same could be said of a certain other garage that had a forum members car stolen from their premesis. I for one will never grace REVO's doors now this has come to light!

Can you not get a few of the lads together, wait outside the garage and bundle the manager in the boot with a bag over his head, take him out in the woods, rough him up an bit and tell him straight that if it's not sorted in a week he never see his family again?

I know it's Revo's responsibility but can't we just cut them out and claim through the Vectra drivers insurance? Ben has his details so there shouldn't be a problem. If anything, Revo should be compensating Nick not messing him about.

Well folks I'm glad to report that today my car is back from the body shop, and returned to how she was
  Furthermore Revo have paid up and this matter is now resolved Interestingly, they asked me confirm on the forum that it is resolved What do you make of that?
