Never missed the sunroof in my PF D3 from the D2 tbh... Nice to have, but not the be-all and end-all.
I don't find the comfort seats a problem for grip, but that's maybe just the way I sit in them.

I would agree with Adrian. I would never open a sunroof. I had one in an old car and to be honest, the only time it got opened was the sunny day that year and there was no aircon - waddya expect in an MG Metro 1.3? I think that aircon would have taken most of the BHP available.
Why would anyone want to cut a hole in the roof  when climate control takes car of everything?

Like Baryonyx I use mine at night. And in the winter with the seat heaters on, and spring and autumn. But funnily enough rarely in the summer.
Adrian, you say get a drop head, but I don't need to go that extreme when I can have an 8 with a sun roof. If I had a rag top, I'd still also want an 8 as well, and I'd prefer it with a sun roof. Aircon is great, so is pootling along with the fresh air and birdsong. Finally. How can you really appreciate the sound of our cars in a tunnel. Windows generate a lot of noise and buffeting.. .... A sunroof however is perfect for it
