This might be a stupid question...How is the gearbox soft update related to gearbox remap??? Is there a point to do a soft update if I'm planning to do a gearbox remap later on this year?? Will remap delete the update??

I'm planning to do service before remap as I'm still thinking about it, just need more answers. I like the idea of launch control, full power in mid revs range, quicker shifts.

In regards to service, still deciding between 6 and 8.
