Its quite possible after a bit of a drive the oil has seeped into places it didn't manage to do on the ramp and now the level is a little down.

I once had to take a car back twice to get the level right.... and once filled properly, it was sound.

when the box was factory filled they put in 9.8 litres
after dropping the sump it will sometimes take as little as 8 litres ! how much is drained out doesn't seem to be an exact science !
