Default Part for "Exhaust Pressure Control Valve 2"?

My VCDS reports: "1 Fault Found: 24749 - Exhaust Pressure Control Valve 2 - P04A2 00 [00100111] - Short to Plus"

Is this part the solenoid in the rear silencers?

Yes it is. With a 'short to plus', it may simply be a case of a loose connector, or with its location, possible water ingress or corrosion.

EDIT: Forgot to add. To test which is which, disconnect one of them, and run a scan, and you'll get a different error code. Once you've identified which is which, you can troubleshoot that one.
