Bit gutted to be honest!
Not great day today!
I've had an issue with me eyes for a while that the hospital have been looking into (excuse the pun). After several months of pretty nasty tests and meets with LOADS of opthalmic bofins they have decided that I have a gentic malfuntion that means the photoreceptors in my eyes get deposits built up that damage them. This means my already affected vision cannot be repaired after they told me it could, albeit with fairly invasive surgury. Turns out my vision is going to get worse and within 2-20 years (good window there - sounds like an Audi dealer diagnosis) I will almost certainly lose it all together. I am hopeful that they eventually come up with a gene therapy that atleast stops the degrading but not best happy at minute!!!! Hoping to fin that they have it wrong........!

Not really much we can say, but that isn't great.
Our thoughts are with you at this end, and here's hoping that they can do something.
