Vagcom question about abs sensors
Hi,
If you've had an ABS & traction control light come on on the dash, do you need to clear it through vagcom if you (think) you have fixed the issue? Or should it automatically turn of if the issue is fixed? I have just put in the newer ABS sensors but my dash lights are still on without access to vagcom and am not sure if my issue is fixed... Oli

I think fault lights are only lit if a fault exits. If the fault is cured/goes away the light goes out and the record of the fault is kept in the appropriate module/ecu etc to be read by VCDS or other diag tool.
