OK. it may be available but can some one provide EVIDENCE of why its better and not just some marketing monkey's bullsh!t and why its worth spending extra on it. How about some science and some test data? (No you cant find anything on Shell's websites).

This is what I don't understand. Why is it so difficult to demonstrate benefits of this fuel vs BP fuel for instance? Instead of fluffy wording go to independent laboratory, take two new engines and make them run in test environment on two different fuels for 3 months and actually measure result. Simple.

I have now rang all my local Shell petrol stations and some of them dont know anything about it and the others say it will be next week before they get some V-POWER NITRO.
I will keep searching

My one a mile up the road had all the advertising banners out for it a couple of days ago - good job as I'm down to less than 100 miles range so I can run it down over the weekend and brim it
I've worked somewhere where they've tried to replicate claims made by oil additives and fuels and even with a decent engine dynamometer and strict controls in place it is extremely difficult to prove, or disprove any claims made as the % effect of any one thing is tiny. The main difference with fuel is octane and cleaning agents - some engines don't like cleaning agents so cheap fuel is actually better for them (think classics from the 70s back)
