Default Removing sticky pad residue from mirror

Can any one recommend something to remove the legacy of one of those pointless blind spot mirrors from the glass? I'm lazy and would rather the job did not involve a great deal of effort on my part.

Try a hairdryer (if cable will reach) and razor blade to get the worst off and then nail polish remover and/or white spirits and then a clean off with soap & water
