So, I had a go at this today and I had my driver's door completely in pieces. I can't believe how well built and sturdy the D3 is...it does make this job quite a bit more difficult.
I got stuck unfortunately.... I got the interior trim, door card, B&O speaker and exterior mirror housing off but I could not for the life of me work out how to pull the mirror wire (#4 below)through the door to take it off....
Would anyone know?
Guy, did you take off the entire mirror assembly or just swap covers?
