Default Rotor replacement

As i was cleaning the wheels last weekend i noticed the rear disc rotors were very badly worn so having got some new rotors and pads i went ahead with the replacement this weekend. Using Paul Waterloo's excellent procedure on audipages it was generally a doddle. The nearside took a while as the bolts holding the calipers and the next two holding the carrier were sods. Also despite having bought the piston compression tool (£10) it took a lot of strength and time to retract the piston. The offside was a breeze though. All bolts came out easy and the pistion retracted sweetly so the nearside job was done in just over an hour as opposed to 2 hrs for the first.
As can be seen the inside of the rotors were in a poor state - even worse than the outer (visible) side.
