Exclusive Quattro equipment retrofit
I recently got some help from Dean with my A8L project and he suggested I post my build here for you all to enjoy and maybe get some inspiration, so here we go.
I currently have a lwb D2 with most of the equipment but I really wanted some sports seats. When talking to a guy parting out his S8 I noticed in the pics that his S8 had the full leather package and then I of course went and bought the full interior. The car had an engine fire in 2020 and sat outside for 4 years and was looking pretty poor but has since been cleaned up pretty well. When I went to get the interior I noticed it was not a standard full leather interior but an audi exclusive interior. It has "oak green" color for the seats, roofliner, seatbelts and leather parcel shelf. Along with leather trimmed door sills and lower B pillar. So I got it all home and stared cleaning and ripped out my original interior. But now I thought well if I'm this deep I might as well go all the way so I stated looking at recreating the quattro gmbh equipment. First up is RSE and bar compartment retrofit.
