Meet Report and Pics from Xmas Meet 2011
Another post from your romping reporter . . . .
Well what a great meet that turned out to be - 15 x 8's and a couple of "guest cars" and good to see many old friends and also great to meet so many new faces! Can I just thank each and every one of you for making the trip however far you came but an extra big thanks to those of you that came from as far as Scotland, Yorkshire and Cornwall! The weather held out even more than I could have hoped for and The Leopard Inn did us proud with the food and also with organising some large bench tables so we were only in 2 groups. Personally I think it would be great to try and do a Xmas meet like this every year as otherwise there is such a huge gap between the last meet of the season and the first meet of the next year. What does everyone think?
