In the end these are all the parts I replaced:

Bonnet
Headlamp
Indicator
Indicator Bulbs x 2
Radiator
Bumper was fibreglassed, riveted and all sorts then sprayed, a pukka job.
Condensor fixed and de gassed/ re gassed.
Various new clips
New Audi G12 Plus Plus coolant
One Side trim under headlight replaced, got it from the local scrappy, also had to have it sprayed silver
ATF topped up
Power steering coolar pipes replaced
Bonnet catch replaced
S8 grill fitted with quattro badge
power steering fluid topped up ( couldnt be bothered to do the full flush )
New electric fan
Aluminuim pieces on the edge/underneath the bonnet
New bottom trim (Need to order)
Bonnet respray (To be done)

Viscus fan, now the mechanic said I need a new one, how should the viscus fan perform? I think it comes on as soon as I start the engine, apparently its not meant to come on straight away, if its doing this I dont see what damage it can cause? The car is driving fine and not overheating, bang on 90. Thanks for all your help btw chaps
