MoT EML - Not a failure!
Got the MoT coming up next week and the EML light has been coming on lately - a symptom of the sports cats confirmed by VCDS. When cleared it can stay off for days or weeks but i didn’t want it popping up during the MoT. I read somewhere that cars registered before July 2003 will not be failed on an EML indication so i checked this out with the MoT garage I'm going to and they confirmed this after consulting their DVLA guidance. So that's a bit of good news
