Yes, you need to use the Chrome web browser instead of Safari to download the file from mega.nz website - So download Chrome first, you can drag it to Trash afterwards if you don't want it.

Once the ISO file is in your Downloads folder, you can use the Disk Utility or Roxio Toast instructions to burn it to a blank DVD-R single layer.
