I've not got the heated front screen in my car therefore it locks on to the GPS signal in seconds. The Nextbase took anywhere from 30secs to 2mins!
Just browsed ebay and the filter for the A119S is only £5.69. I may order one for that price.  https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/132520021766?
