In terms of DIY, I'd be inclined to just buy some PPF from eBay (other sources are available!), give that area a thorough cleaning and apply it myself.

I think I will get a set and then use them as a template for PPF...

Surely a bit of heat like with normal adhesive films should do the trick, get the hairdryer out

I looked at mine today and they’re a filthy mess lol

Will have to give that a go. Just been watching a few videos about PPF removal and suggestions are a heat gun or a steamer. I have both but might try my cheap steamer first.

I think I will try my Karcher steamer spot washer to remove.
then some white spirit followed with panel wipe.
then good to go...
Will let you know how I get on..

Yep just not everyone got a heat gun or steamer so a hairdryer usually does the trick
