I still dont get it - surely if they have refurbed them incorrectly ie not as you asked colour wise, then they haven't fulfilled the deal correctly and should just re-do them in the correct colour at their cost?

I agree with Neil on this - it should be a pretty factual discussion, and you have before and after pics.

I know what you are saying guys.
I'm giving few days to see if I can get use to it plus at the minute I don't want to see the guy.
Plus I may do same thing like with the recent accident I had when old couple drove into me, just suck it in and move on.
If non will work I will pay him a visit.

Picked the car up today

All I got when I arrived was all the front room staff taking me to the car saying you've gotta see these - they're georgeous.

I had the full backs done in black rather than just the front and metal racing valves to finish it off. They even covered the weights with black tape as they wanted it just right.

I have to say ........................ I agree!!!!!

I think the colour change looks stunning - and when the door is resprayed and the car polished and waxed within an inch of its life plus new centre caps. hmmmmmm

OK, I'm dumb, but what are 'racing valves'?

As far as I know, they are just metal valves rather than the standard rubber. They look a little better and are a higher performance product (not that a standard valve fails for normal road use).

Would tend to agree. Having said that, I think they look amazing, but it's your opinion that counts. I need my fat fives refurbed due to kerb damage (not me, honest), but I doubt if I can find anyone in Northern Ireland who won't stick the arm in, just because I drive an A8.
