Brilliant! Thanks for that. I shall print out that certificate and keep a copy with my book!
 So it took place at Millbrook ... interesting! Yeah, I was about to say, I would assume 'Mike Theobald' was probably just a lucky attendee who got to take a test drive. I'm guessing they all got some sort of 'pack' to take home, which included said autographed book. Well done for finding him!
