Hi,
Thanks for all the advice so far and sorry for the late reply...been a crazy 2 weeks leading up to Xmas at work. Good to know i'm not alone in this. I used OBDEleven for my last scan and have since fired up an old PC with VCDS to do a new scan. I thought i'd follow the advice and start with getting a new battery. I've had the car 3 years and thought it would be good to eliminate that as a factor first. This was my old battery [part number 4E0 915 105 A]: ![]() I bought an OEM battery from TPS for £150 [part number 4E0 915 105 DL]: ![]() I used this video to code the battery in VCDS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IJAScg6JrYI And it was accepted first go: ![]() Quote:
I will post another VCDS scan tomorrow and will keep you posted on progress. I'm off to Holland next week for Xmas so would love to have this sorted. Oli
