Brake Block

The aluminium prototype is in and fitted first time. I could feel a difference straight away compared to the plastic one, and lurched to a rather abrupt halt at the first junction I encountered! I think the brakes on Big Red are now as sharp as on my A6

This is cut on a water jet so gives a nice sandblasted finish:





There is a slight interference with the cover panel here with which I shall be tinkering shortly to see if a bit of a trim will allow it to sit flat.
