Above trim in pure daylight and on the Platinum interior vs. matt finish and light brushed aluminium.
Just to add, I've tried to scratch/swirl the gloss coating using really rough clothes (so day to day cleaning), metal bit on the seat belt and nothing leaves the mark. I'm sure if I take a key and really go hard on it them it will scratch same as any other material. It's a nice thick material, slightly more difficult to work on but at the same time more forgiving in higher temperatures when shaping and stretching. Gloss coating seems to be a really good quality one so the finish will last for a long time. And obviously it's so much easier and cheaper to replace a scratched piece ![]() I will be changing my trim for sure. Will keep the current silver brushed aluminium trim, but may change it to the dark grey one later on as it's closer to the original grey finish. Carbon look will looks very nice against the standard grey trim as well, probably even better than any of the brushed aluminium ones.
