I meant a long term test of the plastic one. I don't want to wait for that either
The bulkhead can be moved by hand so I don't think that would help tbh, but I will investigate. Its actually bending the strut brace up though, not forwards so unless one were to drill holes in the bulkhead and bolt the block in it wouldn't add much. Its in to diminishing returns at that point chasing another 5-10% improvement for 5-10x the cost. The current design is pretty simple to machine, therefore fairly cheap. As complexity is added, so is CNC time therefore price, whereas a 3D printer doesn't really care.
